The Service Requests team focuses on executing and analyzing incoming customer service requests for maintaining Oracle Finance and other finance applications.

Service requests originate either from customer request, regular maintenance routines e.g. cost rates entry and ad-hoc tasks placed by other organizations within and outside of Finance Applications Unit e.g. new implementations.


Main responsibilities (but not exhaustive):

  • Support and improve internal processes of customer service requests execution in accordance with SLA agreements and according to best practice
  • Ensure that service requests are accepted, properly classified and handled as per agreed process
  • Perform tasks based on documentation like knowledge base articles
  • Identify strategies to improve the quality and productivity of services
  • Embed customer centricity in the service delivered
  • Develop own knowledge, skills and experience and share with the team members

Position Qualifications

Position qualifications:


  • Ability to plan & organize own daily tasks
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proven track record of having an eye for detail
  • Experience working with Oracle Finance (OEBS)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes (nice to have)
  • Experience working with Smart IT (nice to have)
