To facilitate the growth of wind and solar, energy storage is increasingly being utilized to manage these intermittent power sources. We’re looking for an Energy Storage Project Manager who’s will be to support the advancement of renewable energy development in North America by leading the diligence on gigawatts of energy storage projects.
DNV’s Renewable & Power Grids group is making exciting investments in energy storage and is growing its team in 2021 and beyond. As an Energy Storage Project Manager, you will work on a variety of unique energy storage projects that include technologies such as lithium-ion and flow batteries. You will work closely with industry leaders, financiers, and cutting-edge technology developed by some of the most well-known manufacturers, investors, and developers.
Our team sits at the engineering nexus between energy storage technology and financing to support transactions that grow the market. Through client contracts, we work independently as a voice for the industry. You will be an independent engineer supporting the design, financing, and construction of all types of standalone and renewable-paired storage projects throughout North America.
Our clients range from the largest financial institutions in the world to regional project developers who rely upon our reports as part of their investment decisions. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the technical due diligence process, contributing as a subject matter expert, and coordinating and communicating with clients. The right person will ultimately weave the highly technical project content into a story that identifies technical, contractual, and financial risks which can be understood by engineers and investors.
This position is Remote from any of our DNV offices across the continental US.
