DNV Brazil Product Assurance provides services for two main areas: Medical Devices Certification and EX (Explosive Atmosphere) Certification. This position aims to full administrative support for operation and sales of Product Certification.
-Operations/Delivery:
Ensure proper delivery of service per means of:
- Active communication with customer and auditors/assessors about projects;
- Management of service portfolio according expectations for delivery;
- Scheduling of audits and assessment related to certification process;
- Project Set Up / Quality Data on Internal System / External Database management;
- Monitor of deliveries (reports and records) of service provided;
-Sales:
Provide the administrative support for Sales Activities per means of:
- Proper and update data into system;
- Follow up of proposals issued and management of sales pipeline;
