Local Unit & Position Description

We are currently seeking an ambitious, pro-active person to join our DNV Business Assurance Regional Communication team as Marcom Specialist.

 

The main goal of the role is to be the point of reference for executing communication strategies and initiatives, to support the lead generation and brand's positioning, in alignment with global and regional marketing strategies and plans.

 

Primary tasks of this role:

  • Set up, develop & implement communication strategies and plans (external and internal engagement; leverage digital and physical channels, focus on performance and lead generation) across the whole marketing mix in UK, in alignment with regional strategies and plans
  • Closely cooperate with Sales, Business Development, Operations and mail local stakeholders in order to act proactively through dedicated communication activities targeted to the specific market segments (campaigns and nurturing)
  • Drive lead generation and external communications plans (events, webinar, co-brand activities, content marketing, digital and social campaigns), in alignment with the corporate identity and procedures.
  • Manage the Communication local budget, in alignment with the regional Communication manager, based on the execution comm plans.

Position Qualifications

Technical Competences:

  • Degree in marcom, communications, journalism, public relations or another relevant field
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Highly Proficient English 
  • Knowledge of operative marketing tools (Marketing Automation tool such as Eloqua, CMS such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, Gotowebinar)
  • Knowledge of techniques and methods of web, digital and social media marketing
  • Skills in the main GTM channels management (i.e. events, email marketing, digital, web & social)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Content production and atomization based on the channels
  • Knowledge of the certification market will be considered a plus.
