Local Unit & Position Description


The objective of the role:


As an Invoicing and Operations/Planning Officer in Supply Chain Product Assurance, you will be a part of a dynamic and dedicated team and be responsible for performing all financial, operational, and planning activities on some key projects for our Customers, supporting the Operation Manager and the Area Controller. You will also work in close cooperation with Sales, Planners, and other team members to ensure proper administration of the contracts with our Customers as well as our invoicing performance so it meets the expected targets.


Tasks may include:

  • General administration in the financial system
  • Support Sales/Planning and Operations departments in the Customer’s administrative tasks
  • Invoicing our Customers timely with a high level of quality
  • Deliver overall quality in the financial and operational processes
  • Point of reference for any customers and employees business queries

Position Qualifications


  • Background in Finance/Sales/Operations
  • Work experience in a financial environment is preferred
  • Experience from similar positions and tasks preferred
  • Open to a proactive graduate or undergraduate willing to learn  
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
