Local Unit & Position Description

Do you want to make the energy transition a success and are you keen to take on the technically demanding challenges of an energy supply of the future? Do you want to contribute to climate protection and help digitalize grid operators?

 

 

In the Digital System Operation team, we support national and international power grid operators in the integration of renewable energies into the power grid and the secure management of power grids in the context of the energy transition.

 

You will drive relevant topics of the energy transition and develop into a Knowledge Lead in a selected area. We are currently working for our numerous national and international customers on topics such as the development of high-performance grid management, the implementation of congestion management Redispatch 2.0, the transition to low-voltage grid management and the establishment of company-wide data management. We act as project managers, moderators, experts and forward thinkers for our customers.

 

Furthermore, you will support our customers in analyzing and implementing business processes with the aim of adapting them to current and future challenges. In this work, you will always demonstrate the ability to lead and effectively shape the exchange with customers through targeted moderation.

  • Good basic understanding of the energy industry/technology desirable
  • Good knowledge of (power) control systems desirable
  • Fluent German and Good English skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer projects with focus on Germany
