Local Unit & Position Description

The Digital Marcom Analyst will work closely with the Head of Digital to analyze and interpret data for the purpose of further developing our understanding of customer/prospect segments, behaviour, and campaign performance.

 

As an integral member to the Global Digital Comms function, you will produce reports and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to the team and other stakeholders within the organization. This role will play an essential part in driving success within our business strategy.

 

The Digital Marcom Analyst will report to the Head of Digital and will be based in either our London, Milan, Oslo, or Paris office.

 

Tasks may include:

  • Develop and optimize processes which contribute to running campaigns at expected margins and performance.
  • Analyze large amounts of data from numerous sources, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, to understand marcom attribution.
  • Support the team to interpret data and deliver insights with a particular focus on channel performance and contact lifecycle reporting.
  • Create Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver intelligence, report KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance performance within the Global and Regional Comms functions.
  • Partner with the Data Engineering team to improve the data lake, optimize Power BI data visualizations and import new data sources to be analyzed.
  • Analyze various data sources to help determine attribution and ROI of our multi-channel campaign activities.
  • Identify and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to develop an understanding of how our customers and prospects behave across channels and markets.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to suggest tests to improve marketing and growth metrics, closely monitoring and analyzing the results to make recommendations.
  • Together with the Web & Analytics Manager, build on SEO and web optimization projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc deep dive analysis into business challenges where required.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing data/analytical role.
  • Experience with Google Ads and SEM a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong experience with behavioural/web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
  • High proficiency in performance reporting and knowledge of Power BI.
  • Outstanding English (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative, and as part of a team.
  • General knowledge and understanding of the business.
