GSS IT Digital Workplace Greater China team manages end user services including GSD, Deskside, IT procurement, local BA specific services and other regional tasks for DNV business in China.


We expect a member of our GSS IT Digital Workplace Greater China team to provide customer-satisfied services to 1000+ users in Greater China together. You will be DNV permanent staff based in DNV Shanghai office. We offer chances on training and personal development based on your competence and performance.


Your key tasks and deliveries:

  • Handle the admin associated work for section (including HSE coordination, social activities arrangement, business travel support and etc.)
  • Manage IT inventory
  • Handle IT hardware and software order for users in Greater China, including order review, order placement, invoice payment, equipment delivery and etc.
  • In charge of Veracity support cases
  • Assist Deskside support cases
  • Involve GSD or Deskside services or new developed services based on team development
  • Assist on other assigned tasks according to section needs

Position Qualifications

Position Qualifications

  • Major in computer or associated, minimum bachelor degree is required
  • Have proficiency in English – spoken and written is a must
  • Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Good at time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • This position accepts fresh graduate. With 1-2 years end user IT support experience is preferred
