In this position as Customer Service Specialist for the Aerospace Sector, you will have an opportunity to work and manage relationships with some of the world’s leading brands. The primary function of this role is to act as a single point of contact for clients.
The preferred location will be based in Katy, TX. Other location options would be located near our DNV offices in AZ, OH, PA, TX, IL, MI, SC, NC and Washington D.C.
What You’ll Do
Provide a high level of customer service in which dedicated support and interaction with our clients is the focal point. This is to include processing internal and external requests associated with the client. In addition, this position will work with our technical group to ensure the quality of work and documentation meets the Aerospace requirements.
