Your main tasks will include
- Participation in and contribution to a variety of services delivered from the section including, but not limited to strength and fatigue assessment of the floating structures, stability, hydrodynamics, floatover operations, moorings, and riser systems.

Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing in the Supply Chain and Product Assurance business area, the Email & Marketing Automation Specialist will work to meet business requirements, goals, and KPIs and will have the overall responsibility for designing, executing, and monitoring email campaigns and assets, managing the flow and assignment of leads, providing technical support for external digital events, and ensuring quality and compliance with global standards and regulations.

The Email & Marketing Automation Specialistwill have a range of responsibilities, including:
Email
- Build and manage email campaigns for our prospective and existing customers.
- Build campaign and programme templates within Eloqua (Oracle), using HTML.
- Design and implement nurturing strategies based on the B2B buyers’ journeys to generate qualified leads and increase customer retention.
- Collaborate various stakeholders, such as the Global Head of Digital Marketing and the Sales team, to plan and execute demand generation programs that increase leads, demos, and conversions for your markets.
- Develop and execute A/B testing roadmap to optimise email performance, including subject lines, messaging, calls-to-action and design.
- Proactively stay ahead of next-generation B2B demand generation and marketing automation best practices, strategies and industry standards.
- Providing technical support to the marketing team with webinars and external digital events.
Lead Management
- Managing the distribution of leads from our digital channels to our CRM system (Oracle).
- Creating lead scoring programs to support the lead nurturing process.
- Managing the flow of leads, the assignment of leads to business users in the CRM and monitoring the timely follow up.
- Stimulating and supporting SCPA cross-selling potential.
- Developing programs and solutions to improve data quality and hygiene in our marketing automation tool.
- Maintaining the marketing automation system, improving data quality, data cleaning, data segmentation and monitoring and improving the GDPR compliance of contacts.
Reporting
- Monitor and analyse email campaign performance, generate reports and make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve email marketing results.
- Perform Root-Cause Analysis for email execution issues and recommend preventive actions.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing and project KPIs in a structured and regular manner to ensure return on marketing investment can be measured.
As an Invoicing Specialist in Business Assurance, you will be a part of a dynamic and dedicated team and be responsible for performing financial and administrative activities towards our clients. Work in close co-operation with Sales, Planners, and team members to ensure the required performance level for the invoicing department towards our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Issuing invoices for a customer portfolio under Oracle platform systems
- Follow-up of the invoicing status in line with DNV invoicing model and local processes
- Verification and/or Booking of Timecards and Expense Statements when needed
- Assist the Accounting Manager in reporting invoicing issues
- Assist the Business Controller in the monthly closing for the WIP and Revenue recognition activities.
- General internal and external administrative tasks.
- Close collaboration with other DNV finance teams in and out of APAC.
- Close collaboration with the finance teams of the business area and of the Group.
- Check all Accounts Payable and work closely with operations team to ensure that billings from suppliers / subcontractors are accurate and correct and sending it for processing in a timely manner.
- Project coding for supplier invoices received and routed for approval.
- Keeping high data quality in the internal CRM database and in the accounting system.
- Assist Business Controller during Financial Audit.

We are seeking a Regional HSE Specialist for North Asia, which covers Great China, Korea and Japan:
The Regional HSE specialist supports the country chairs and senior country management to ensure compliance with HSE local laws and requirements and delivers value adding services. The Regional HSE specialist is responsible for coordinating the HSE risk management in the region, updating country specific HSE legal registrations, following up on reported non-operational HSE cases, and for covering the mandatory office tour tasks, red folders, and emergency preparedness plans. You are the connection to the more than 35 local HSE representatives. Further on, you are aligned with the HSE representatives in the business areas who focus on fieldwork and quality. Communication and stakeholder management is key in this role. Besides your regional role, you are also acting as the country HSE coordinator for China. This is a very dynamic role for a rather experienced and broad HSE Specialist who is able to work in an international matrix organization with a focus on office, travel, compliance, and reporting tasks in HSE.
The Regional HSE specialist is part of a professional (HR) team of more than 10 colleagues and reports to the Regional Manager of GSS HR/HSE and based in Shanghai. You have a functional line with the Global Head of HSE & Management Systems in Norway. You participate in the global DNV HSE network. In this full-time job, a maximum of 10% traveling time is required to service the business in a few of the key locations in the China and occasionally other countries in the region North Asia.
Key tasks:
- Risk assessments of common operations in the office and commuting travel environmentthrough periodic reviews with country management, maintaining an updated regional HSE risk picture.
- Support country chairs in country HSE initiatives and support the business areas with HSE inputs for customer information, accreditation, external audits, and reporting; maintain a functional network of (part-time) country HSE coordinators in the region.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation.
- Ensure proper incident handling and emergency preparedness for office locations.
- Support country chairs on required office related HSE trainings.
- Conduct as HSE Coordinator for the China country risks assessments and follow up on action plans. You perform office tour tasks, maintain red folders, and emergency preparedness plans and coordinate office related emergency drills. You monitor and report on environmental aspects.
