You will be part of an established team within DNV’s Global Center HR which is responsible for delivering Global Mobility services worldwide. You will also be engaged in various global projects where you will have the opportunity to share and implement your ideas.
Currently, this role is established as one-year vacancy due to one of the permanent Employees being delegated to a project scheduled for the next 12 months.
In your role you will:
- Execute and coordinate all assignment related activities from pre-assignment to repatriation for a dedicated assignee population, in line with DNV's policies, values, culture and objectives as well as statutory requirements
- Act as a first point of contact for assignees and provide support throughout the assignment lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure critical factors are considered when relocating employees
- Collaborate with our third-party vendors ensuring they are providing high-quality and efficient support
- Provide scenario calculations and balance sheets to support salary adjustments
- Manage, review, track and monitor compensation & benefits, tax, social security and pension arrangements for international assignees to ensure compliance with DNV's policies and applicable legal requirements
- Manage and track deviations, complaints and escalations with regular communication to senior management
- Update and maintain data in the various databases capturing all relevant information, ensuring data integrity between the various internal/external HR systems
- Generate and maintain assignment documentation and cost projections as required by the Business

The purpose of the Senior Engineer Solar role is to act as a trusted advisor, providing advisory services to our customers and supporting them to transition faster to a deeply decarbonized energy system. The service portfolio includes feasibility studies, technical due diligence, owner’s engineering and O&M optimisation services for utility scale and C&I solar PV plants, with a focus on Sweden and Northern Europe.
You will be involved in all phases of the life cycles of solar PV projects of our customer with e.g. design reviews, contract review, energy production assessments, site visits and construction progress monitoring. Contribution to business development, project management and service development is an integral part of your role.
Responsibilities:

You will help us develop future technologies and services related to the assurance of digital assets, using cloud infrastructure, simulations, and web technologies. Key ongoing projects cover (i) exploring the role of time-domain simulations for assurance of AI-enabled systems and its connection to cyber security risks, and (ii) developing an automatic and large-scale simulation-based testing tool to be used in assurance.

We are looking for a fleet in service intern to join our team for 3-4 months period. The internship requires 40 hours working per week in office.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge & skill in data analysis using excel, python programming and using PowerBI. Our paid internship provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience with one of the leading classification society and operation hub in Singapore. The intern will work with the operation manager to establish dashboard based on existing operation data and improve operation process.
