DNV are leading providers of Marine Operations and Warranty services. These are delivered through our Noble Denton marine services bringing together the technical expertise and practical experience of our mariners and engineers to help our clients to understand and manage the risks of their marine operations. Marine Warranty Services is a team within our Offshore Infrastructure business unit which delivers marine warranty services for Energy projects across the world. Our customer base includes Oil & Gas majors, Offshore Wind Farm developers, Installation Contractors, Underwriting Companies and Project Cargo transporters. We are looking for an experienced master mariner who has a track record of providing marine warranty, advisory and consultancy services including field work, and who is ready to work on our diverse projects within our marine team and develop our marine service offering. The Marine Warranty unit sits within our Noble Denton marine services business which provide Marine Warranty services on a variety of projects. These projects cover activities in the local UKCS region and also cover global locations. Our customer base includes Oil & Gas majors, Offshore Wind Farm developers, Installation Contractors, Underwriting Companies and Project Cargo transporters. Successful candidate would be attached to our London or Aberdeen based teams. The candidate will have the opportunity to interact with global experts and work on large projects which cover multiple geographies. The successful applicant would work on; - Traditional Oil and Gas construction projects for offshore infrastructure – e.g. SURF and Jacket/Topside installations. - Renewables Projects– OWF developments - Vessel assurance and marine surveys (CMID, OVID, on/off-hire, condition, suitability) - Towing Vessel Approval Scheme (TVAS) - Marine Warranty, Advisory and/or Consultancy services for Rig Moves, float-over operations, FPSO relocations, mooring operations, offshore heavy lifts, subsea power cable installations and all operations related to offshore wind farms. - Preparing of bids/proposals in conjunction with the other members of the bid team. Role Responsibilities - Technical document reviews and site attendances with respect to MWS requirements - Work with MWS team to support on all marine matters related to projects. - Manage and/or perform vessel assurance as required in relation to MWS Projects - Collaborate with other business units as required. - Meeting the project schedule and budget for projects. - Ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the agreed project technical standards and current industry codes. - When managing MWS project(s), candidate will be responsible for timely delivery of project deliverable as per project scope and expectations of our Client, ensuring quality of deliverables, risk management, liaising with clients, technical delivery, delegating certain projects/tasks, report writing, checking, authorisation, and submission, surveyor mobilisations and logistics, cost control and invoicing - Preparing of bids/proposals in conjunction with the other members of the bid team.

Our SCPA division is going through an exciting period of growth, with ambitious market targets and an innovative portfolio of Sustainability, Digital Assurance, Supply Chain and Assessment services.   We are looking for a proactive, organised, autonomous and customer-oriented Business Support Specialist for our service line PAIS in our French & Benelux units who can support our growth and take ownership for the organisation of our customers’ projects, from the contract signature to its delivery.   Your primary function is to ensure that our PAIS customers’ contracts and projects are integrated in our internal systems and to plan them according to the established rules, targets and goals, making sure that they are performed in compliance with standards/protocols requirements, DNV policies and customers’ needs and expectations. When doing this, you will get the opportunity to engage with many international companies and brands across industry & medical sectors.   The role has a high impact on the section's results, client satisfaction and colleagues' work life.    Key tasks will include, but not be limited to:  - Support the internal process (from Customer Care to Scheduling) for all Product Assurance Service in Industrial and Medical Sectors in France & Benelux - Ensure support to each Customer Care activities: new quote, recertification, company name changes management, managing mailbox and relative requests. - Update the database and keep it updated with all subsequent changes to clients (Data Quality) - Support certificate issues process (reverted, closure of projects, withdrawal, iter declarations, TR request) - Ensure support to each Operation activities: planning, qualification and training on site, projects review, projects maintenance, managing mailbox and relative requests, related to certificates issues too. - Scheduling / planning of activities in accordance with standards/protocols, procedures, rules, regulations, customer requirements, working with internal DNV scheduling and qualification systems - Communicate continually with clients and auditors to confirm schedule - Understand and have in consideration logistics / geographic implications when planning - Coordinating Auditors Calendars to achieve their objectives / Monitoring of auditors’ chargeability - Coordinating bid contract planning with other DNV offices - Ensure support to HSE documentation managing (sites access included), interfacing directly with customers and DNV functions across BAs. - You will collaborate closely with other DNV units globally to execute projects in the most efficient manner, according to project requirements - Collection of portfolio data and communication for the Forecast process

From inception to closure the Senior PM will manage the successful delivery of projects to time, cost & quality constraints while meeting internal and external stakeholder expectations. An understanding of major hazard testing would be beneficial.
