The IT Service and Demand Manager HR Applications is working in the HR Applications Competence Center being responsible for the IT Service and Demand Management for the global HR Applications in DNV. The role reports to the Head of HR Applications Competence Center and works in close collaboration with the different teams in the unit as well as other teams within GSS IT on managing the IT services around the HR applications.
Your key tasks and deliveries will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsibility to manage, measure and control the stability, service continuity and performance of DNV global Cloud based HR Applications (Oracle HCM Cloud, Seertech ILearning Plus)
- Service Request coordination and management with the cloud vendors
- Collaboration with and supporting the contract and license management around cloud applications
- Point of escalation within the IT service processes from 2nd level (DNV) to 3rd level (vendor) support
- Cloud environment management (patch management coordination, Prod-2-Test copies) in conjunction with the DNV on premise landscapes
- Single point of contact for all other IT Service managers from DNV IT applications landscape towards any HR Applications related matters
- Close collaboration with the GSS IT Integration Team to ensure continuation and stability in the existing HR data integrations
- Close collaboration with the configuration and development team as well as the 2nd line support to ensure service continuity
- Participate in HR IT projects and take over project roles and responsibilities in smaller and mid-sized projects.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transmission Development Consultant in the transmission development space to ensure the timely delivery of a wide variety of transmission projects, including transmission system development and analytics, technology evaluation, grid integration, and strategic transmission planning consulting. As a project manager you will work with utilities and developers of transmission systems for onshore and offshore grids, utilizing both AC and HVDC technologies. You will be the interface between our customers and DNV’s deep, worldwide bench of subject matter experts, combining energy system & economics modeling, power system expertise, operations research, and several multi-disciplinary inputs from other DNV teams. By working closely with industry leaders and cutting-edge technology providers, this role provides you with the opportunity to make an impact on the much-needed transmission system expansion in North America, while expanding your own expertise by learning firsthand from DNV’s specialists.
This position will include responsibility for inter-disciplinary business support and business development. The key focus will be on growing DNV’s Power System Advisory practice by developing innovative yet practical solutions in transmission systems for our customers – and pushing the boundaries of technology maturity and policy implementation.
Broad knowledge of the transmission industry is preferred, including market and technology trends and awareness of regulatory proceedings and policies at both the state and national level. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading advisory projects, technical due diligence processes, contributing as a subject matter expert, and coordinating and communicating with clients. The right person will ultimately weave the highly technical project content into a story that identifies technical, contractual, and financial risks which can be understood by engineers and investors.
This position will ideally be based in our Toronto (ON) office. However, other office locations or remote work may be considered.

- Ensuring that technical analyses are distilled into key takeaways that address a project’s economic value proposition and technical feasibility

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager & PMO Consultant for our global Digitalization & Development Team.
The team is responsible for driving digitalization agenda in our Global Shared Service organization, through identifying, managing and coaching on multiple digitalization and development projects worldwide, across all GSS streams: Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate Management & Procurement. In this role you will be reporting to the Project Management Office Head and will be responsible for driving the execution of prioritized digitalization and improvement projects supporting the running business of the Project Management office for GSS. The role is a unique opportunity to contribute to DNV’s digitalisation journey, aiming at growing capability and delivery mindset in the organisation. You will work in a hybrid model from one of GSS the offices. There could also be occasional business travels to other DNV locations, depending on the project assignments.
In your role you will be:
