Within the area of GSS IT Core Applications which is responsible for Finance, HR and BI applications, the unit HR Application Competence Center is responsible to manage, run and support all global HR applications used in the group.   We are seeking a Team Lead HR Application Management for our HR Application Management team based in Gdynia, Poland.     The team lead HR Application Management will have line responsibility for a team of 7-8 employees plus external contractors. From production of both green and blue hydrogen, transportation, and storage, to its uses in various applications.   This position could be based out any of our DNV offices in London, Loughborough, Aberdeen, Manchester or remote-based at any location in the UK.   What You’ll Do   - Be the driver of high-quality delivery of hydrogen projects in UK & Ireland - Align with the Regional segment lead for Hydrogen and CCS in Region UK & Ireland to develop and foster the engagement of relevant clients in the region - Support lead generation, bidding, and project execution in operations - Facilitate domain knowledge building and innovation within the organisation - Sell from domain experience - Support bid and project competence   What You’ll Sell   - Our existing knowledge of fossil fuel applications and how these assets/businesses can be converted to low-carbon hydrogen - Help clients identify what they need to do to convert to hydrogen - Demonstrate knowledge of the differences between fossil fuels and hydrogen and how to comply with regulations/standards etc - How our solutions deliver Net Zero to our clients - How our soluti - ons are commercially, as well as technically, investable. - The range of hydrogen options available to clients: - Different types of hydrogen (green, blue, gas, liquid etc) and hydrogen carriers such as ammonia, liquid organic hydrogen carriers. - Strategies for different sectors – transport, marine, heat, industry. - An independent assessment of the optimum solution. - Whole systems solutions linking DNV expertise across the board - onshore/offshore/marine/subsea - Cross energy vector solutions such as power to gas - Identification of constraints that need to be overcome such as energy storage, power, CCS and water supply infrastructure - Innovative ideas from low to high TRLs depending on the clients’ requirements - Advise across industry from investors, financial institutions to industrials
