During the implementation phase of projects, we regularly assume the role of “owner's engineer”, where we are responsible on behalf of the client for the quality control of the services and equipment provided by others. Tasks And Responsibilities You will be part of the Overhead Line (OHL) team in TDT. This expertise cluster focus on the design of overhead line as well interface structures with substation related to carrying out engineering, design tasks and advice for high-voltage structures and / or substations for electrical transmission and distribution. In addition: - Advice, modelling and operational work for the structural\electrical design and practical aspects of overhead lines - Preparing specifications and tender documents - Interdisciplinary collaboration on grid-related project - Writing (or contributing to) clear high-quality reports and commercial offers - Discussions with customers on design and project realization and progress - Enthuse TDT consultants & engineers for 3B, BIM and SE working methodology

    We are seeking a European VAT Manager for our VAT Team in GSS Finance based in Gdynia, Poland.     VAT team provides services to the DNV countries in Europe, regarding preparation and submission of VAT returns and related filings. The team works in close cooperation with Regional Tax Managers, Global Process Owner and  GSS Finance Teams in order to ensure the compliant and timely VAT filings.   To succeed in this role, you should be a caring and respectful team player with the ability to foster positive relationships at all levels of the organization and cultural awareness. You will play a key role in providing VAT advisory services to organization. So, you have to be attentive to detail, aware of deadlines and work well under pressure.   When employed, you will be a part of GSS Finance in Gdynia, working in direct contact with Global Process Owner for Indirect Tax, Regional Tax Managers for Europe and other specialists from Finance, IT and business, being involved in VAT reporting and compliance process.   In your role you will: - Managing VAT team with focus on team development and substantive support; - Be internal VAT expert for European countries and prepare written guidelines on VAT for business units and finance teams; - Support Regional Tax Managers with providing advice on VAT implications on new business operations and cross border contracts; - Monitor changes to VAT legislation across Europe and provide advice on impact to DNV's business; - Oversee indirect tax activities from a compliance perspective, including review and sign-off VAT returns, electronic filing and EC Sales List; - Assist Regional Tax Managers with managing VAT audits in the European region; - Ensure VAT processes are up to date in accordance with country regulations; - Assist Global Process Owner for Indirect Tax on maintaining VAT processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the VAT function in DNV.

The section Sustainable Food Systems and Supply Chains, established in Milan in autumn 2021, addresses a new research program within Group Research and Development (GRD). GRD has five other research programs: Future of Digital Assurance, Maritime, Energy, Ocean Space and Healthcare.   The new research program / section will focus on supporting the growth of our business, supply chain and product assurance services by leveraging digital solutions for the meeting UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in the food & beverage industry. Key areas for our R&D are footprint documentation and management, transparency in circular material use, optimization of food production as well as food safety, prevention of fraud in supply chains and the related digital technologies for collecting, validating, verifying and visualizing relevant data in real/right time.   Position responsibilities   We are looking for Digital Concept Developer with expertise in digital technologies used in supply chains.
