- Disseminate the bids / opportunities to Regional Sales team for assessment and collect the bid / no bid decisions. - Complete pre-qualification questionnaires, invitations to tender, pricing tables and ad-hoc requests for support using information in the content library. - Ensure timely completion to meet deadlines and full compliance with tender requirements. - Calculate pricing for proposals using excel plus manual calculations. - Lead bid opportunities and pricing for proposals. - Review information received with the bid to determine a list of tender deliverables. Compile tender responsibility matrix and assign actions to bid response members. - Organise / administer / lead kick off, progress meetings and pricing discussions to ensure that all technical and commercial questions are answered by the responsible stakeholders. - Prepare template documents for each opportunity following the requirements, detailing the draft structure of the proposal: submission letter, team members, technical approach, pricing, general DNV presentation and references. - Provide information to the DNV corporate functions to clear submission from a legal, tax and treasury perspective. - Assist in managing the content for content library and registration on and review of online tender portals. - Conduct administrative work surrounding tender preparation and submission: documents collection and collation, CV formatting, proofreading, collate client references, testimonials and general feedback on tenders submitted. - Regularly liaise with affiliates and Regional / Global team to update country tender information (capabilities, pricing, etc.).
