You will be responsible for the acquisition, management, and execution of projects. This can include the implementation of energy management systems, roadmapping, development of greenhouse gas inventories, analyses of reduction measures, dashboarding etc. Our client portfolio ranges from the industrial customers, through electricity market parties and network operators, to governments and (investment) banks. The increasing demand of electricity through electrification and the ever-growing supply of renewables, requires a reliable and low-cost Transmission and Distribution (T&D) system and market facilitation. Our Energy Advisory provide expertise to stakeholders in the energy value chain. Our services span grid asset management, digital grid operations, efficient grid development and future energy markets.   We have 200 consultants and engineers. Our offices are in Belgium, Dubai, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and UK. Our Smart Cable Guard department has besides the Netherlands also resources in China, India and Singapore.     ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   As a Senior Consultant Decarbonisation your responsibilities will relate to two types of activities: - Consultancy: - Take a leading role as an expert on decarbonization and energy efficiency and use this in-depth knowledge and experience in our projects for our customers. - Have in-depth knowledge about decarbonization in industries. - Take a role as project manager. - Advise our clients in our projects about decarbonisation, energy management and greenhouse gas reduction measures and energy audits. - Do quantitative and qualitative analyses for the projects you are working on. - Train and coach juniors/medior consultants in these projects. - Develop greenhouse gas inventories for Scope 1, 2 and 3. - Lead workshops; support our customers to define their decarbonisation strategy. - Identify strategies to reduce the emissions in line with the ambitions of our customers. - Develop new services based on our customer needs. - Write reports and advices to our customers. - Provide clear and high-quality presentations and reports. - Work together with colleagues and experts in projects. - Have knowledge about national legislation and regulations and industry guidelines. - Sales: - Selling new projects to grow our business. - Using your own network to connect with potential clients. - Build strong relationship with existing and new customers. - Represent DNV at events to showcase our services and capabilities. - Identify market opportunities and develop our services based on these market needs. - Organize customer meetings and workshops. - Prepare high quality proposals addressing the needs of our customers.

DNV Business Assurance is targeting significant growth over the next three years, and as part of this ambitious expansion, we are seeking a Junior Lead Auditor. The food sector is a major focus for certification activities and DNV is highly respected globally in this industry.   Ideally candidates will have experience of management systems as quality manager and will have a strong knowledge on ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and BRC, IFS. We are seeking individuals with experience and competence in auditing and manufacturing processes and products across a range of types and supply chains.   A comprehensive training development process is followed in DNV Business Assurance FRANCE which will provide the range of skills and competencies required. Internal auditing or second party audit experience would also be valuable.   We are looking for a Junior Lead Auditor, with at least five years of experience in food sector industry, with key potential additional responsibilities including training, client management and co-ordination of complex certification projects.   Main Tasks and Responsibilities - Plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up when necessary, within agreed times scales and economic frameworks. - Carry out in efficient and competent manner the work for DNV as required by instructions/ the management system and/or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV. - Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time. - Maintain/Acquire his/her Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration having been a basis for his acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV. - Plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up when necessary, within agreed times scales and economic frameworks. - Meeting professional practice standards and demonstrating competence in core areas. - Developing and maintaining positive relationship with client personnel. - Maintaining high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment. - Acting as a team player who works well with others and guides self through professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting. - Maintaining effective communication with line management, between audit team members and client stakeholders. - Lead, organize and deliver specific project activities as industry project management, customer management assessment, gap analysis, training, workshops.
