Services are rendered in close collaboration with Regional Centres, together developing the Global Shared Service Finance function for DNV.   We are seeking a Cash Management Specialist/ Senior Specialist for our Cash Management team based in Gdynia, Poland.   The Cash Management team is responsible for all cash related processes within payment and collection execution, including (but not limited to) the accounts payables process, the collection process, bank administration as well as management of excess cash.    Cash Management Specialist/Senior Specialist will report to the Cash Management Team Leader.   In your role you will be responsible for: - Mantaining company's In-house Bank - Implementation of new payment methods - Processing manual outgoing payments - Managing Bank access rights - Ensuring bank statements are timely and correctly booked - Reconciliating of bank accounts - Preparing cash flow forecast and analyzing cash position - Developing financial reports to assist management in making appropriate decisions regarding debts and foreign exchange plans - Participating in improvement projects - Taking part in optimization of cash management tasks and payment structures

We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Specialist / Senior Specialist.You will be responsible for developing both internal and external service providers network globally and involve them into service delivery for DNV’s International Assignee population. You will partner with vendors in order to deliver a smooth service to the Assignees incl. KPI’s measurement, performance assessment and contractual arrangements. You will also be engaged in various global projects where you will have the opportunity to share and implement your ideas.   This person will need to have strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and compromise with external service providers and a large number of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to effectively collaborate with the Global Mobility Operations Team and Regional Advisors. You will play a key role in service delivery, development, and continuous improvement. One of our key initiatives in 2023 is the standardization and stabilization the global operating model (implemented in 2022) for procurement and as part of the service delivery model, the global shared service centre will be a key driver to the project’s success. The Junior Procurement Specialist will be based in Gdynia. In your role you will: - Review & Process ‘free text’ purchase requests from across the organisation - Oversee the Procurement Dashboard in Basware Cloud P2P to help manage requests - Ensure compliance with agreed procurement processes and procedures - Ensure purchases are aligned to any pre-determined category management guidance - Maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external providers - Identify purchase requests that warrant further sourcing activity - Work closely with other departments to support the onboarding of new suppliers and maintenance of existing supplier records - As required, maintain up to date records within our contract management database - Provide general procurement support to the Global Centre Manager including Basware Cloud P2P stabilization, reports and analysis on procurement activity - Support the maintenance and implementation of purchasing catalogue solutions for end user self service - Identify any potential improvements opportunities for solutions deployed - Handle procurement related queries in an efficient manner that may involve close co-operation with Finance - Ensure delivery of services in accordance with established KPI’s & SLA
