We are looking for a highly motivated HR Quality and Compliance Manager who will support GSS HR in these two important areas: Quality and Compliance. The Quality and Compliance Manager will have the overall global responsibility to support the GSS HR Stream Director and strengthen the organization on quality and compliance management including planning, risk identification and assessment, reviews and audits, reporting, case handling and training.   The HR Quality and Compliance Manager shall plan, co-ordinate, support, follow-up, and improve the quality management related activities of the operational stream in accordance with the framework in the DNV strategy, GSS strategy, GSS budget, Annual Operating Plan, the DNV Management System (DMS), and instructions given by the stream director.   The HR Quality and Compliance Manager will work closely with key stakeholders in various parts of the organization to identify, assess, propose and implement necessary corrective actions to resolve compliance risk related topics. This will also involve leading key global compliance projects.   The HR Quality and Compliance Manager shall also work closely with the GSS Quality Manager and the others stream quality representatives, engaged in process improvement initiatives where you will have an opportunity to share and implement your ideas.   The HR Quality and Compliance Manager will report to the Director GSS HR Operations, based in Norway. We are seeking a Time & Absence Specialist for our HR Operations WSEE team based in Gdynia, Poland.   The HR Operations WSEE Team is responsible for delivering high quality day-to-day HR services for managers and employees within respective Region.   Time & Absence Specialist will be responsible for providing an Absence Management expertise within the specific area. In addition, as a part of HR Operations WSEE Region you will be the main point of contact for all T&A related matters within the dedicated Region.    This is a temporary role for 2 years, based in Gdynia.    In your role you will: - Coordinate Time and Absence related activities supporting the West, South and East Region in Europe - Support and advise the employees in handling Absence Management queries, including system updates - Actively contribute to knowledge transfer and support T&A system implementations for respective countries - Maintain and protect absence information ensuring high level of confidentiality - Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees and managers to understand their queries and respond to them in an effective manner - Contribute to the day-to-day activities of the HR Operations team, e.g. creating work instructions - Work collaboratively with other team members to share ideas for the continuous improvement of processes - Closely cooperate with internal stakeholder, e.g. Payroll, IT, HR Advisory, etc.  - Take part in projects related to improvements and digitalization initiatives
