The position is based in Gdynia and will be part of a global virtual team.   In your role you will:  - Responsible for delivery of defined IT services and capabilities according to requirements - Proactively manage and engage with the wider GSS IT team(s) to deliver a seamless service in line with our strategy  - Manage external service providers that are part of the service delivery chain - Develop effective relationships with our stakeholders  - Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OneAgent, ActiveGate, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Agentless RUM – manage different environments: Container, Cloud, and Virtual Machine - Develop dashboards and charts within the Dynatrace platform - Utilize visualizations and data provided from Dynatrace to deliver application and infrastructure monitoring information/insights to key stakeholders and other technical resources - Develop and maintain reports, custom views, custom metrics, alerts, and dashboards to track application and infrastructure performance and health - Analyze performance, establish baselines, and implement alerts using Dynatrace - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures - Conduct training and knowledge transfer for staff

We are seeking a highly motivated Project manager & PMO Consultants for our global Digitalization & Development Team based in Gdynia. The team is responsible for driving innovation agenda in our Global Shared Service organization, through identifying, managing and coaching on multiple digitalization and development projects worldwide, across all GSS streams: Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate Management & Procurement. In this role you will be reporting to Digitalization & Development Director and will be responsible for driving the execution of prioritized digitalization and innovation projects and supporting the running business of the Project Management office for GSS. While fully remote work is possible, we encourage you to work from the office in Gdynia in a hybrid model. There could also be occasional business travels to other DNV locations, depending on the project assignments.   ​In your role you will be:​ - Coordinating a portfolio of innovation and digitalization projects, helping to drive usage of the Innovation framework and best practices.​ - Both managing independently and supporting specific projects as the PMO expert, Process consultant and Innovation coach.​ - Developing and owning best practices on how to run Innovation & Digitalization projects (tools, templates).​ - Developing and maintaining the related progress reporting dashboards, which provide key management information to GSS Management, Digitalization & Development Network and all involved employees.​ - Maintaining Innovation portal and promotion campaigns of related initiatives, e.g. Idea funnel.
